I have had my Bowflex for a little over 2 months now. I bought it used on Ebay for only $421. It was a local auction so I did not even have to pay shipping. It is 3 yrs old and in excellent shape. So for those complaining about price…look around. There are some really good deals out there. Check Ebay, classifieds, or Google to find better pricing. I was wanting one of these for a long time and I feel that I have gotten the best possible deal.

One suggestion I have if buying used: Swap the Power rods from left to right. It is very easy to do and will ensure that they have not been worn out. You may not want to do this if the machine was not used much or only a couple years old.

I have read alot of reviews of user complaining that the machine is only for toning. I disagree! You really feel the resistance. Maintaining form is a necessity on this machine to really feel the burn and benefit from the workout.

Now all I need are the Select Tech Dumbells w/ Bench and a Treadmill and I will have everything I need to stay in shape.

I hope this reveiw helps out someone. I know I was reading these reviews when deciding to buy.
