The ultimate 2 is the best home gym out there. It takes about 8 weeks to arrive though since I live in Jersey(Nautilus is in Washington) The machine takes a long time to set up, so get some one to help you out, but the manual is easy to use. The resistance is unmatched, and it’ll give you a better work out, I think, than free weights. Don’t panic when you see that the machine’s workout manual only has 70 exercises to teach you how to do them correctly because you could do about 95 which you have to figure out. Switching attachments is a pain in the beginning, but you’ll get use to it. I just got mine built by my cousin and friend, and it seems to work to perfection. I put mine downstairs, and we had to put it between the rafters, and it was a pain, so pick a good and high enough spot before you build it. Nautilus should just include the mat also instead of paying 99 dollars extra. The bowflex is also a very sturdy machine, so the money you invested was actually for the build. DON’T BUY THE CROSSBAR, it’s unproven, so I recomend this or the ultimate. Also, they should’ve had a barbell attachment to this machine. DON’T GET THE CRUNCH ATTACHMENT EITHER because you could already do crunches on this machine. The lat, seat, power rods(no limit warranty), etc. are all great. After you put it together, the fun begins!
