Great machine after its assembled. When it came it was in 7 Different boxes. The instructions are not that clear and the parts are not labeled. The assembly requires 2 people and a lot of time and patience. I dont think either me or my friend have ever cursed so much while building something.

This machine is much bigger then I thought it would be. When folded it pushes on my ceiling. When unfolded its very long. Especially with the leg attachment and preacher curl attachment. To fold the machine up you have to take the bench off because it gets in the way which I think is stupid.

Results: Excellent. I used to have the weider crossbow and this bowflex makes me feel like I used to work out on a piece of tin foil. The bowflex is much stronger, the bows are so much smoother and overall quality is amazing compared to the crossbow. I love the results I am getting. I upgraded to the 410lbs of resistance so I will not be maxing out for a long time.

If you have the room then this machine and an eliptical machine is all you need to replace a whole gym.

I also have the select tech dumbbells and they are amazing. I honestly enjoy those more than my bowflex.

The mat should be included with this machine. I think its stupid that bowflex does not include it with their top of the line machine.
