Actually I bought the top of the line (the TC5300), what a piece of junk it is. Read the guarantee policy carefully, on the surface it sounds good. But it is not a good guarantee,, nor is it good even close to a good quality product. I ordered one and it quit working within the first week, I could not get them to service it, as they wanted me to open it up and trouble shoot it myself first. I had one heck of a time returning it, because with the with the white glove service they take the original shipping packaging… so there was no possible way of returning it in “original condition”. Think about it, once it has been unboxed and set up, there is no possible way of returning it in “original condition”. That means there is no way of returning it, period (unless of course you have the same factory at your hands to package it back up and the same shipping service to send it back - which you will pay through the nose for). What a piece of junk, quality and service is absolutely the worse and it all comes at a premium price.
