The is the highest end model of the Power Pro line. It’s about $400 cheaper than the , which is my favorite Bowflex. However, if you want to get close to the ultimate experience without paying the full $2k, then the is something you should really consider!

-Is This Thing Expensive?-

*The costs about $1,597 when you buy it direct from Bowflex. Even though many people might see this as being expensive, I still believe that it’s definitely worth it. Like every other Bowflex model, the works out every part of the body. It obviously costs more because it has more expansions than the base Power Pro. It gives more versatility to upper body and leg exercises, which people find to be very important. So if you are very serious about working out, you should buy the .

-Definitely More Features Than The Base!-

*The is fitted with many improvements over the base Power Pro model. Here are some of the features:

*Lat attachment

*Leg attachment

*Squat attachment

*210lbs of resistance

*Traning video

*Leg press belt

*Warranty

And much more!

One major difference between the and the is in the total amount of resistance that comes stock with the machine. The comes with 210lbs of power rod resistance, while the comes with 310lbs of power rod resistance. The also has 90 exercises, while the has around 75. But both are close competition! You must decide whether the extra 15 exercises are worth the extra ~$400.

-The Exercises-

*Unlike the , the has a lat and leg attachment. This increases the amount of exercises that can be done with the upper and lower body. It gives it a total of 75 exercises over the Power Pro’s 60. If you’re very serious about either of those aspects of the body, and want to get a little further than the base model, then you should purchase the . If you’re a proffessional or are 110% serious about lifting, it might be worth paying an extra $400 or so for the , which offers 90 exercises over the 75 that the offers. But in any case, the will give you a total-body work-out in the privacy of your own home!

-It Fits Pretty Well-

*Just like any other Bowflex machine, the doesn’t take up too much space! This can fit easily in a mansion, or just as easily fit in a small apartment! No matter how much or little space you have, the will fit nicely in most cases. Wow, an entire gym in a fairly tight space, COOL!

-Looks Cool, But It’s Even Cooler To Use!-

*The looks really neat with all of the things such as the power rods and coming out of it, but the is by no means difficult to use. The and every other Bowflex product comes with a nice manual that shows you how to do the exercises. After a little bit, it’s easy to do it yourself! The is by no means difficult to use.

-The Has A Great Feel-

*When I used the , I had no problems with it regarding the comfort or anything. Everything is easy to set into place. The uses a pulley system with the rods. It’s a little more annoying than other machines you’d find in the gym with the simple rod, but it’s very easy to set the exact weight that you want. The positions for the exercises feel comfortable. I was able to do a multi-hour workout on the without feeling much discomfort. It’s also built out of high-quality components, and the rods have a life-time warranty. The feels great!

-The Verdict-

*The is a great exercise machine overall. It’s a cheaper alternative to the , it should be very seriously considered. For $1,597, you’re getting a lot! It’s very high quality, and will give you what Bowflex promises, a killer body in no time! If you’re into serious weight-lifting, the would be a great addition to your home!
