Let me first start by telling you about myself. I am a six foot five inch man who has weighed as much as three hundred and twenty five pounds. The reason I am telling you this is because to achieve this weight I was working out 2 times a day, for about 3 hours total. I am now employed in a real job that requires me to be at work for eight hour a day.

When I get home from work, the last thing I want to do is change and head to the gym. Along comes Bowflex. After watching a few infomercials and finally contacting them about the 6 week guarantee, I decided along with my wife to give it a try.

I lost 12 pounds, just putting it together. A little joke, but it is quite a time consuming task. Once together though, this machine truly does work, and it works muscles that I did not know I had. Now don’t be foolish and think that this will replace any gym equipment ever created, but what it will do is give you an excellent workout from your home, which I had never been able to get until now.
