You’ve all seen the commercials for the exercise machine the Bowflex, supposedly the only exercise machine, which is all exercises in one. Well…it really is…but there is one problem. It is expensive as all hell…will you really use the thing? Ask yourself.

Ok, we all know that the reason we buy exercise machines off of tv is because they offer “miraculous results” in little time, and we can use them at home. This means we don’t have to go to the gym or leave the house at all.

Think about it though…if we were really dedicated to losing weight and getting in shape, would we mind paying a mere 30 bux a month for a gym membership and going three to five times a week. The answer is no.

So the truth is…if we are too lazy to go the gym, what makes anyone think that they are actually going to work out if they spend over a thousand dollars on a Bowflex?

The majority of those people who buy the Bowflex for the above mentioned reasons probably won’t use it. And as for the 30 day money back guarantee…do you actually think that people are going to go out of their way to rebox the thing and pay for it to get shipped back to the manufacturer…come on…you know the answer.

So I would avoid making an abrupt decision to buy the Bowflex after seeing the infomercial with all those “hard bodies” in it.

If you really want to get in shape, try going to the gym first. Sign up for a month, get a friend to do it with you. If you actually do go, and then you are convinced that having a gym at home would be more convenient and economical, then go for it.

But really really really think about it first.
