I purchased a bowflex on 9/14/00. I purchased the top of the line with all of the attachments. I was promised delivery within two weeks, both in an advertisement I received and verbally and again when my order was taken. I have excellent credit.

As of 10/22 the order still has not shipped and I cannot get any assistance from Bowflex customer service as to when it will ship. This despite a half dozen phone calls to customer service, supervisors and management. They have sent an email saying that an attachment has shipped, but it has not been received and what good is the attachment without the bowflex itself. They don’t know when it will ship.

I should have researched the legitimacy of this company better, since it is a canadian based outfit I am concerned as to whether or not I have been scammed, and what my rights are regarding refunds. At this point I am going to my credit card company to find out what can be done.

I would advise against this product based on the fact that they have not delivered what they have promised to when they promised to, and my concern as to whether or not they are a legitimate, ethical company. For all I know, the internet postings I have read may have been planted by bowflex themselves……buyer beware
