I am one who likes to stay and shape and avid in health related activities such as jogging, running, tennis and yes, even weightlifting.

I was praying that there was something that could help me really tone my body and it looks like my prayers were answered when I found my way into the Bowflex when I was watching TV about 6 months ago.

I started using it and found it to be much more hassle free than using Free weights at a local gym that wasn’t really local, about 25 minute drive from where I live. So the Bowflex really added convience since you can use it in your own home. The way Bowflex is built is unique at the same time, since you use Power Rods that helped give me great tone and helped me achieve many of my fitness goals through the use of this fantastic product.

Many of the exercises done when compared to using free weights were actually harder to do on the Bowflex than with Free weights if thats hard to imagine.

In retrospect, I found this machine the "Bowflex Motivator" to be a highly successful product if you have the drive and determination to pursue you fitness goals. It helped me achieve mine and I highly recommend the use of this product if you are looking for a Product you can use in your own home to exercise and dont like the rigors of always going to the gym. Highly Recommended
