I recieved the xtreme 2 just under 2 weeks after i ordered it. I spent a little over 3 hours assembling it, but i did it by myself and took a lot of breaks. Its pretty simple to put together once you know what you are doing. I bought this one becasue a lack of extra room in my girlfriends house, and it just barely fits in her room. I have not started a complete workout yet, (I will review that later), but i have tried just about every exercise the wonderfully detailed manual presents, and i already love it. For example, i have always tried different chest excerises with free weights and commercial machines, and they never felt right. The first time i tried a chest fly on the bowflex, it felt perfect. I cant wait to go home everyday and use this machine. I recommend it to anyone.

I have wanted to buy a bowflex for many years, when the Xtreme 2 came out I knew it was time to buy one. I have a small gym in my house and all I can say is that I get my best workouts when I use the Bowflex its as simple as that.

If your a person like me who already has some bulk to their muscles and just want to tone up, tighten up, and get ripped than this machine will do that for you if you use it on a regular basis.

When I ordered the Extreme2, I was told that it would be 4 weeks to delivery. I received my Bowflex 10 weeks after my initial order. The good people at Bowflex upgraded my order for the inconvenience. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it by myself. The manual says that 2 people are recommended but I had no problem doing it alone. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I really like the fact that I can workout at home on my days off. But I get a much better workout at the gym. Doing a bench press with dumbbells is much harder than doing it on the Bowflex. For most people, the Extreme2 is all you would ever need. But for someone that is serious about bodybuilding, the gym is a better choice.
