The nanme is a misnomer. You don’t climb. you can’t run on it, a stair stepper will damage your knees less and you don’t get any benefit that you can’t get out of a decent treadmill (which gives you many more options).

this is just another bad bowflex infomercail product. After a month i sold mine and got a treadmill that has many more uses and cost me $600 less.

Don;t even get me started on how long it took to put together and move when I sold it.

I spent nearly $2500 (CAD) to have one shipped to me. First it comes in three very heavy boxes. Secondly, you have to put the thing together - heavy and difficult to do. Third, I finally had it together, but it keeps quitting on me. I get to walk for about three minutes and it just quits. You have to get off, turn off the thing, restart it and get about another three minutes of work out before it quits again.

What a piece of junk, you’d be better off just going to a local office building and walk up several flights of stairs. You’d save yourself a bundle of cash and get probably better exercise benefits from that.

I thought I was about to get some great exercise from it - but it is a waste of money…….
