The bowflex revolution give great tension. The plates are lightweight. My favorite part is the continuous tension(same tension is throughout movement). The weight is the same throughout the whole Movement.

This machine imo is good quality and well worth the money. You can do more than just tone with this machine you can build muscle. Ive had this machine for 4 months and i love it and my whole family agrees….even my grandmother and sister can use it for their needs (for all ages). I like the ab crunch on this machine (but you still need to diet…hehe.

The arms are adjustable makes it easy to get a good form for all excercise and even make up new ones…..yay!!!…. hehe. I love it!!!
