I am currently on a weight/muscle gaining program and was wondering what you guy’s think about the Bowflex? I am trying to gain 40 pounds of muscle and was wondering if the Bowflex would be the way to go, or if a set of free weights would be a better choice. I know going to the gym would be the best option, but I have no time to do so.
Bowflex definitly won’t do the job, this coming from a guy who works out 5 to 6 days a week for 8 years now. free weights all the way and hard core lifting. Go with dumbells and a bench that go’s from incline to decline. But your going to have to still make it to the gym twice a week for legs and special muscles.
