I love this unit! I picked it up at Costco for great price. The unit is robust and built solid. Assembly took me about 2 hours and really as not a tough as it looks upon first glance. The instruction DVD is useful. It gives some great information on work outs, however, there are a lot more work outs then what is listed in the manual. The only thing about the unit that I was a bit upset about was the nature of the bench you sit on. It’s a bit wobbly and feels as though it could break. That’s really my only complaint - this is a great unit.

There was never any time to drive to the gym, so I finally broke down and bought the Bowflex. It’s very easy to use once you read the user manual, and the time between the exercises really is minimal. There are a lot of exercises for both upper and lower body, and the set up is very easy. You can get a whole workout done faster than it would take to drive to the gym. In the last month I probably used it more than my gym membership in the whole previous year. I don’t know if I look any different, but I feel better.
