Bowflex Tips

My fiance and I are wanting to buy a Bowflex but we are wondering if it really works as well as it says that it does. I do not want to spend all that money on another thing that failed. So please i would like to know from people that i know are real and not paid actors….let me know what you think please. IS A BOWFLEX REALLY WORTH IT?
A Bowflex is only as good as what you put into it. You can’t buy one and expect it to get you in shape by just hanging your clothes on it. You will need to use it, and use it hard. Wimpy workouts won’t get you looking like the actors on the commercials. It‘s hard work.

Is it worth it? Only if you use the machine the way it is designed to be used. I own a Bowflex Sport, and I feel I have gotten my moneys worth from it a couple times over.

The 6 week guarantee is not the end result. They don’t say you will be fit and trim at the end of 6 weeks. But, if you stick to the diet and exercise plan, you will start seeing results within 6 weeks, probably even in the first 2 weeks.
